How pipeMOTION™ organizes your contacts

After you connect your email account, pipeMOTION™ begins preparing your pipeline behind the scenes.

Your Revenue Pipeline System™ (RPS) reviews your connected communication activity and helps organize the contacts you communicate with through your email account.

This helps turn your existing communication history into a clearer, easier-to-review client pipeline.

What pipeMOTION™ organizes

pipeMOTION™ helps organize contact-related information such as:

  • Contact names

  • Email addresses

  • Communication activity

  • Recent conversations

  • Follow-up activity

  • Contacts who may need review

  • Contacts connected to ongoing client or prospect conversations

This helps you see your pipeline more clearly without needing to manually sort through every email thread yourself.

What pipeMOTION™ excludes from your pipeline

pipeMOTION™ focuses on organizing business-related contacts and communication activity.

To help keep your pipeline clear and relevant, some contacts and emails may be excluded when they do not appear to be connected to client, prospect, or business communication.

This may include personal emails, confidential emails, marketing messages, unsolicited outreach, transactional emails, automated notifications, receipts, invoices, alerts, account updates, and messages from sensitive service providers such as banks, payment providers, or government agencies.

These exclusions help reduce clutter and make it easier to review the contacts that are most relevant to your pipeline.

Why your contact list may take time to prepare

After your email account is connected, pipeMOTION™ may need time to organize your contact data and communication activity.

This process happens behind the scenes, and we’ll send you an email notification once your contact list is ready for review.

Reviewing your contact list

Once your contact list is ready, you’ll be able to review the contacts pipeMOTION™ has organized for you.

From there, you can begin reviewing your pipeline, checking communication activity, and identifying contacts that may need attention.

Why some contacts may appear or not appear right away

Contacts may appear because they are connected to communication activity in your connected email account.

This may include clients, prospects, business contacts, or other people you have communicated with through email.

Some contacts may not appear immediately while pipeMOTION™ is still preparing your pipeline. As your RPS continues organizing your contact data and communication activity, more contacts may become available for review.

Once your contact list is ready, the contacts shown are based on the communication activity available from your connected email account.

You stay in control

pipeMOTION™ helps organize your contact activity so your pipeline is easier to review and manage.

It does not replace your judgment. You can review your contacts, communication activity, and follow-up activity before deciding what action to take next.
